Add a new user to Google Ads

  1. Sign in to Google Ads and select your account: https://ads.google.com/
  2. At the Top menu Tools & Settings, navigate to Access & Security, then Users.
  3. Click on Add Users from the drop down.
  4. Add the email of the person(s) you want to provide access.
  5. Choose the level of access.
  6. Click Save.

Add a new user to Google Analytics 4

  1. Select your Account at: https://analytics.google.com/
  2. Click on Admin in the bottom left of your screen.
  3. Click on Account Access Management and click on the Blue plus in the top right of your screen.
  4. Click on Add Users from the drop down.
  5. Add the email of the person(s) you want to provide access.
  6. Choose the level of access. (Add your trusted marketing agent as an Editor)
  7. Click on Add or Invite.

Add a new user to Google Tag Manager

  1. Select your Account at: https://tagmanager.google.com/
  2. Click Admin at the top banner.
  3. In the Account column, select User Management and click on the Blue plus in the top right of your screen.
  4. Click on Add Users from the drop down.
  5. Add the email of the person(s) you want to provide access.
  6. Choose the level of access.
  7. Click on Add or Invite.

Add a new user to Search Console

  1. Select your Account at: https://search.google.com/search-console/
  2. Open the property in Search Console.
  3. Open the Users and Permissions page under settings. This page is visible only if you’re a property owner.
  4. Click Add user.
  5. Add the email of the person(s) you want to provide access.
  6. Click on Add or Invite.
